At Lance Rentals, we offer quality rental homes in the country that are full of character.  Select from cottages or country rental homes in Athens, Ohio.  Our homes do NOT come furnished although you may see furnishing in some of the photographs.

Our country rental homes in Athens are only 15 minutes from town yet they offer a nice change of pace away from undergraduate students and uptown action.  Cell service can be challenging at some locations;  however, Verizon is built a tower nearby that provides most Verizon users with good service.  All homes are non-smoking indoors and drug-free everywhere

You can expect exceptional quality and care from us.  We look for tenants who will make our places their home and care for it as if it was their own.  We are always happy to discuss any of our rentals with you personally...start by emailing the answers to the questions on the Apply page and ask any questions you would like.  

 

We will not show a home until we have reviewed the application questions and pre-approved the applicant.  Please ask about our current pet policy and our current pricing. 

The Upstairs Baron's Apt is absolutely NO PETS.  We require a meet and greet with you and your pet at or prior to any showing and all pets must be spayed or neutered.  Thank you.
