At Lance Rentals, we offer quality rental homes in the country that are full of character.  Select from cottages or country rental homes in Athens or rental homes in Amesville, Ohio.  Our homes do NOT come furnished although you may see furnishing in some of the photographs.  We are also one dog friendly (if over 25 lbs) but will allow two small dogs (both under 25lbs each), one dog & one cat, or two cats.  We do require a $300 refundable pet deposit which is due at lease signing and we must meet your animals.  Please note: ALL PETS MUST BE SPAYED & NEUTERED!  Dogs must have identification tags & preferably an Athens Co. Dog License as that is the law.  Dogs must be supervised if outdoors or controlled in order for them to NOT run into the road.  Most homes are also chicken friendly.  No reptile pets.  Gardening is welcome!

Our country rental homes in Athens are only 15 minutes from town yet they offer a nice change of pace away from undergraduate students and uptown action.  Cell service can be challenging at some locations.  All homes are non-smoking indoors and drug-free everywhere :)

An online application MUST be completed prior to requesting us to show a rental.  We will not show a home until we have reviewed the application and pre-approved the applicant.
