Located on a private cul-de-sac on Dutch Creek Road, these cottages offer quiet country living with a charming & friendly community.  Enjoy fires down at the fire pit, walks in the large field, and watch the wildlife from your front porch!  
 
Rent is $1030 and includes lawn care, minimum water, internet, and garbage pick up.  Units are all electric plus a propane wall heater.  Tenants are responsible for electric, propane (we will start you off with a full tank at lease signing), providing a window A/C unit, and extra water.  A typical electric bill is around $45 without A/C or heat.  With a window A/C, around $90 a month.  Heat in the 3 cold months could reach $200.  Tenants are responsible for maintaining a warm cottage to ensure pipes do not freeze in frigid temps and for refilling their propane tanks as needed.  Due to the very small, cozy size of these cottages we do not allow more than 2 tenants.  However, they may also suitable for a couple with one child.  Please know that storage & space is limited in these cottages and our goal is to ensure tenants are comfortable!   Maintaining flower beds is the tenant's responsibility.  Please contact us regarding our current pet policy.
