This adorable, one bedroom cottage was the old summer kitchen of a historic home that burnt down many years ago.  It features a galley kitchen, bedroom with loft storage, bathroom with shower & washer/dryer unit, living room, cellar, storage shed, and an old grain bin creatively used by previous tenants to house chickens, dry garlic, etc.
 

Rent is $740 and includes lawn care, use of our dumpster 1/4 mile down the road, and minimum water.  Tenant responsible for internet, electric, propane, and extra water.
